WeBelongMSP is partnering with Push Strategist, LLC to provide thought leadership and further develop the WeBelongMSP Employer Resource Hub, engage with employers and community, and work with its network of consultants in the region to provide a robust set of resources that meet the needs of immigrant and refugee communities. Together, the Minneapolis Regional Chamber and Push Strategist, LLC are working to provide employers with tools and resources that create more inviting and inclusive workplaces in the Minneapolis Saint Paul region.

 

Push Strategist LLC is owned and managed by Ose Sesay, a strategic thought leader who has developed cultural competence ,  tools, skills and frameworks across 15 countries. Sesay has expertise in building community and systems change, uplifting economic prosperity, working with community through authentic engagement practices, supporting micro-business and entrepreneurship program systems design and management and leadership development. She is also an advocate for economic prosperity work and the small business community on all fronts and at a legislative level on all matters advocating for equal access for all.  Push Strategist LLC leads a team of diverse multicultural and multilingual equity centered consultants with skill sets varying from Workforce Development, Human Resources, Grant Writing, Organizational Development, Graphic Design, IT Services, Language Access, Research, and Project Management for community.
